Site Admin users can manage website settings, add users, add content and change website pages.
Section Admin users can change the content of their section's pages, but not change
website settings.
Content Contributor users can create Events, News & Blogs and Photo Albums.
They can also upload images for these, but they can't see website settings, user details or change page content.
Application and Contact Form emails are sent to the Main Contact shown in the
Admin/Group Details
Admin/Global Settings page,
or they can be overridden for each Contact Form
module.
If neither of these are setup, Site Admin and Section Admin users will receive the contact forms.
